Registration
In order to allow PhD students and young researchers to attend the summer school, the organizers have lowered as much as possible the registrations fees. It has been possible with the support of various institutions.
The registrations fees are the following:
› Students and Post-docs: 350 €› Senior scientists: 450 €
› CNRS agents: 0 € (limited to 20 persons)
Note that the travel costs for CNRS agents can be paid by their own delegation.
The fees includes:
› Summer school registration with abstract book› Accommodation (single rooms are limited to 50 persons)
› Lunches and dinners
› Ferry boat
› Gala dinner
Travel grants
The organization offers Student Travel Grants (up to 200 €) to students presenting a paper. Applications must be received no later than the abstract deadline of the meeting.
To apply, the students have to indicate it within the abstract submission via e-mail. A short motivation letter and a short CV should therefore be attached to the abstract. The quality of the work as well as the geographical situation of the student will be considered.

Extra expenses
Any expenses not covered by the conference fee (additional nights, beverages, telephone calls, etc.) must be paid directly to the conference venue during your stay.
Board & lodging for accompanying guests (in double room with conferee) must be booked with the conference secretary and paid directly to the venue. Please collect applicable guest fees directly from the venue.
Accompanying guests are not entitled to take part in any of the actual conference activities (attend talks in the conference room, coffee breaks, etc.). Conference facilities, such as access to the internet, are destined for the sole use of conferees.
